Free event for gardeners across Middle Tennessee and beyond! Bring your seeds and get ready to swap for more seeds! The Master Gardeners of Maury County will have some on hand for those who didn't get to save or buy seeds, but please be courteous to swappers who have worked so hard to collect seeds of some very nice varieties. If you come and collect nothing much besides knowledge, you'll be glad you came! We will set up at 8:00 am at the UT Agricultural Research Center across from the Ultium battery plant on Route 31 in Spring Hill. The conference center is way in the back, just keep driving until you see the sign! We start swapping at about 9:00am, and will break for a potluck lunch at about 10:45. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH FOOD FOR YOUR FAMILY AND A LITTLE MORE. During lunch, our speaker, Memra Surles, will talk to us on the subject “Color In The Winter Garden.” Memra's beautiful garden has been featured on Volunteer Gardener, and you'll be astounded at her knowledge of plants.
Due to limited space, we are asking that we limit this event to adults and older children who are swapping.
