Refund Policy - Reimbursement requests for conference registration must be submitted by email to the treasurer. Requests made before 11:59 PM February 3, 2025, will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee, no refunds after February 3, 2025.

Hardship Consideration:

Attendees facing exceptional circumstances or hardships, such as medical or family emergencies, may qualify for a refund outside the standard policy. To request a refund under hardship, individuals must provide documentation supporting their claim, such as a doctor's note or other relevant evidence. Hardship refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Bank charges - Bank charges incurred by SSWAG due to insufficient funds are the responsibility of the registrant. After two returned checks, registrants are required to submit cash, cashier’s check, or money order for future conference payments.
