Juliya Kofman Greenfield, CAMS, CCBP, will review recent regulatory enforcement actions and supervisory highlights, focusing on credit union impact. Mark Wolfrey, CAMS-Audit, CRCM, MBA, will discuss a wide range of topics related to NCUA’s 2025 supervisory priorities, including fair lending, UDAAP, overdraft programs, credit risk and balance sheet management. Time will be allocated for a question and answer session. We look forward to seeing you!

Juliya Kofman Greenfield, CAMS, CCBP; Principal | Financial Services Industry Group
The path to a career in compliance consulting was a natural one for Juliya. One of her earliest roles with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency taught her about the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), Home Mortgage Disclosure (HMDA) and Truth in Lending acts. Applying these complex regulations to real-world client scenarios inspired Juliya, and paved the way for career moves to financial institutions, software companies and, ultimately, into consulting for RKL. A Principal in RKL’s Financial Services Industry Group, Juliya specializes in serving financial institutions through risk assessments, training, compliance review performance, auditing and more. She has deep experience in compliance and risk assessment, specifically consumer, commercial and residential lending reviews, targeted Regulation B, HMDA, Unfair Deceptive Abusive Acts or Practices Act, Regulation E reviews, deposit operations and overdraft product reviews, BSA/AML audits and assessments and website/social media reviews.

Michael McAllister . CPA.CITP, CISA, Partner | IS Assurance and Advisory Services
With more than 28 years of experience in accounting and computer science, Michael builds the knowledge bridge between the financial aspects of accounting, and the information technology systems and controls that support each process. Together with his IS Assurance & Advisory Services team, he serves clients in a variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing to retail, technology and credit unions, creating an extensive background of linking information security and financial audit risks. The financial institution industry has been the primary focus of Michael’s internal audit experience for the past 10 years, with extensive experience ranging from the development of risk assessments to the execution of various in-depth audits. Throughout his career, Michael has served clients in a wide range of financial institutions. His experience covers small non-public institutions to SEC registrants that required the associated FDICIA and SOX control evaluations. Michael has worked with the majority of the financial industry specific applications and understands the related risks they present to the financial institution.

Mark Wolfrey, CAMS-Audit, CRCM, MBA; Senior Manager | Financial Services Industry Group
Mark is a Senior Manager in RKL’s Financial Services Industry Group. He provides Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML), regulatory compliance audit and consultation services. He focuses primarily on financial institutions and financial technology organizations. He has experience servicing institutions from less than $1 billion to $20 billion, including branch-based and on-line origination and servicing platforms with as many as 2.5 million consumers and 350,000 commercial clients. He spent nine years with one of the fastest-growing FinTech Banks in the country in various roles, including BSA officer, Fair Lending officer and third-party compliance officer. In these roles, he developed programs for third-party due diligence compliance, hemp banking, online depository and lending compliance for both consumer and commercial portfolios, including fair lending monitoring that included statistical analysis of mortgage, commercial and consumer loan portfolios for fair lending analysis including redlining and disparate treatment.
