Have you ever wondered why there are different shaped glasses for different varietals of wine? Please join the KC Wine Club in this amazing wine glass experience with Doug Reed, an experienced Riedel representative, who will show us how the right glassware can enhance your wine drinking experience.
Four Riedel glasses will be varietally matched to four premium wines (3 oz of each):
-Sauvignon Blanc
-Oaked Chardonnay
-Pinot Noir
-Cabernet
Each guest will get to take home their four glasses (valued at $178 - the RIEDEL TASTING SET of four glasses)
When: Thursday, October 16th 2025, 6:00 pm
Where: Capital Grille, Kansas City Country Club Plaza
Attire: Cocktail/Semi-Formal recommended, but not required
Cost: Both a ticket to the event and the cost of dinner will be required for each person to attend the event
Due Dates: Tickets must be purchased by 6/30/2025 to avoid a price increase, and the cost of dinner will not be due until 9/1/2025. Kindly read this entire event description prior to buying a ticket to this event.

Ticket Cost: $87.92* per person (due 6/30/2025)
(+$6.50 if you choose to not pay via “friends and family”)
Each ticket includes:
1. Riedel wine tasting experience hosted by Doug Reed
2. Four Riedel wine glasses (valued at $178)
3. 12 oz of wine (~half bottle of wine)
Dinner Cost: $149.12 per person (due 9/1/2025)
(This is for Capital Grille's classic 4 course dinner which is $110, plus taxes and gratuity. Beverages are not included, but may be purchased at an additional cost)

How to buy tickets (limited to only 40 people):
1. Choose payment method
Please send payment to either paypal.me/emilywolfer or Venmo @Emily-Wolfer-1 (last four digits of my phone number are 6234)
2. Include a Comment
Please comment "Riedel" and include how many tickets you are buying (you may buy an extra kit, but if you do so, please indicate that in your comment).
For example, "2 tickets for Riedel," indicates you will have two people attending the event, and "1 ticket and 1 extra kit for Riedel" if you are purchasing a ticket to attend the event and you also want to buy an extra kit of glassware to take home (so you will take home 8 glasses total - 2 of each varietal).
3. Choose the “friends and family” payment option
If you do not, for both Venmo and PayPal, please add an additional $6.50 processing fee to cover the associated fees.
4. Acknowledgement
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you understand it is non-refundable, and you agree to send payment for the full cost of the dinner ($149.12) by 9/1/2025.
