Welcome to the 4th Annual Ride the Twilight Scooter Rally! Join us for a thrilling three-day journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the Olympic Peninsula. All motorcycles and scooters are welcome; however, a minimum engine size of 125cc is required, as participants will encounter speeds exceeding 55 mph. Accommodations in Forks are limited, so we encourage you to book your hotel or camping spot promptly. Cycle Camp offers free camping and comes highly recommended. Event Schedule:
Friday, August 8th
• 8:50 AM: Depart on the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry.
• First Stop: Port Gamble for a brief riders’ meeting and sightseeing.
• Second Stop: Refuel in Port Angeles.
• Third Stop: Extended break at Lake Crescent for lunch, swimming, and camaraderie.
• Lunch Menu:
• Scooby Snacks on a Stick: Sharp cheddar cubes, little smokies, and pineapple.
• Shaggy’s Fire Stick: A spicy mix of andouille sausage, hot links, cherry tomatoes, and peppers.
• Velma’s Veggie Vision: Marinated vegetables grilled to perfection.
• Fourth Stop: Arrive in Forks.
Evening Ride: Journey to Rialto Beach led by Shivaun “Punknspite” Robinson. Additional details to be announced.
Saturday, August 9th
• 9:00 AM: Group breakfast at The In Place Diner.
• Midday Ride: Excursion to Cape Flattery led by Max “Nugpug” Johnson, including a lunch stop.
• Lunch Menu:
• Mystery Meat Tacos: Featuring Scooby’s favorite toppings.
• Daphne’s Dazzling Bowl: A hearty combination of beans and Spanish rice with a variety of taco toppings.
Evening Activities: Community bonfire at Cycle Camp featuring “Scooby Snacks on Fire.”
Sunday, August 10th
• 9:00 AM: Group breakfast at The In Place Diner.
• Post-Breakfast: Depart south along the Strait of Juan de Fuca on Highway 113.
• First Stop: Pillar Point Park.
• Second Stop: Coast Guard Station for lunch and awards ceremony.
• Lunch Menu:
• Fred’s Famous Hotdogs.
• Scrappy’s Veggie Vengeance.
• Third Stop: Refuel in Port Angeles.
The group will split at the Hood Canal Bridge, with North Sound participants returning to Seattle via ferry and South Sound riders heading back to the Tacoma area, led by Jason Finley.
