The 18th Annual Ride of Silence - NRV will be held on Wednesday May 21st!All Ages! All Kinds of Bikes! Police Escort!
Hosted by Pathways for Radford and the New River Valley Bicycle Association.
Join cyclists worldwide in a silent, slow-paced ride in honor of those who have been hurt or killed while cycling on public roadways.
We will have a police escort along the 6.8 mile route and will ride at a slow pace. Staging begins at 6:30 PM in the Radford City Admin parking lot, just around the corner from Sal's. There's ample parking, across the street, at Kollmorgen. Ride begins at 7 PM.
Though solemn, the group ride is inspirational for riders of ALL ages, experience and ability. Helmets are required.
