After a date change created a conflict for ESCA, Redwood PCA can fill in and is excited for the opportunity to host a local autocross in Sonoma County!
Registration & Pricing
Registration for PCA & ESCA members opens at 6:00 PM on August 31
Registration for non-PCA / ESCA members opens at 6:00 PM on September 4
Registration closes Wednesday, September 17, at midnight (or when 50 spots are filled)
$80 per driver paid via MotorsportReg.com (MSR)
$10 Discount for PCA or ESCA Members
$2 MSR Service Fee (paid directly to MSR)
Two-Driver Car? Both drivers must register separately and use different car numbers
No walk-up registrations. All drivers must register online before the deadline
Event Schedule
8:00 AM-9:15 AM – Gates Open
8:15-9:15 AM – Driver check-in at the registration trailer
8:30-9:15 AM – Tech inspection (cars must be ready by 8:30 AM)
9:00 AM – Instructor-led course walk
9:40 AM – Mandatory Drivers' Meeting
~10:00 AM – First car on course, decibel limit is 95
~12:30 PM – Lunch break (~30 minutes)
~1:00 PM – Afternoon runs begin
We aim for 8-10 runs per driver, depending on run group efficiency. Let’s work together to maximize run time!
What to Bring
Lunch & Water
Hat & Sunscreen
Layers for cool mornings
Folding chair for lunch break
Car numbers: painter’s tape or magnets (no blue tape on blue cars; numbers must be visible from stations)
Helmet (Snell K, M, or SA-rated, 2010 or newer – loaners available)
Rules & Requirements
Car numbers: If you don’t have an assigned number, one will be provided at registration
Work assignments: All drivers must work an assigned position (typically standing for ~1 hour per shift)
This is an all-day event: Plan on joining both morning and afternoon sessions – check with the event chair if you need an exception
Instruction: In-car coaching provided for new drivers
If there are two people in a car, one must be a PCA instructor
Vehicle requirements: Cars must be in good mechanical condition, with no major leaks and a clear interior
Rain or shine: The event runs in all weather – no refunds for inclement conditions
Prohibited: Drones, firearms, alcohol, and drugs are not allowed at PCA events
10 mph limit on-site when not on course
Please drive respectfully to and from the site
