The Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs presents the 2025 Prince Kūhiō Parade and Tribute on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Prince Kūhiō Parade is one of four legacy parades recognized by the State of Hawaiʻi. This annual gathering brings community groups from across the state together to celebrate the life and legacy of Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalanianaʻole.
Starting at 5:00 p.m., the Prince Kūhiō Parade will begin at Kapolei Hale, proceed along Kapolei Parkway, and end at Ka Makana Aliʻi.
Along the two-mile route, attendees will witness a procession of floats, marching bands, paniolo, and pa‘u riders, and parade units who perpetuate the everlasting impact of Prince Kūhiō “Ke Aliʻi Makaʻāinana” or “The Citizen Prince.”
The parade will conclude at Ka Makana Aliʻi, where the community is invited to join us at Center Court for live entertainment. Ho‘okupu will be collected at the main stage, and all contributions will be delivered to Mauna ‘Ala or the statue of Prince Kūhiō in Waikīkī following the event.
