2025 Polk Trade Show and Ranch Rodeo Supporter Opportunities

General Admission tickets for the trade show and rodeo may be purchased at the gate on the day of the event.

We are pleased to announce that this year’s Polk County Cattlemen’s Association Trade Show and Ranch Rodeo, co-sponsored by UF/IFAS Extension Polk County, will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 2025. We invite you to join us as an exhibitor, sponsor, or attendee for this annual celebration of our ranching heritage and agricultural community.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of our Trade Show and the 17th anniversary of our Ranch Rodeo—both of which have consistently drawn large crowds and provided valuable networking and promotional opportunities.

The event will be held at the Bartow Horse Arena at the Polk County Agri-Civic Center, located at 1702 Highway 17 South, Bartow, FL. Our Trade Show will be hosted in the arena adjacent to the rodeo arena under a spacious 40’x100’ tent.

Event Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Trade Show Move-In (Advance notice required for Friday move-in)
• 10:00 AM - Trade Show Opens
• 11:00 AM - Youth Whip Cracking Contest
• 1:00 PM - Ranch Rodeo Begins
• Awards Presentation - Immediately following the rodeo

Admission to the Trade Show and Ranch Rodeo is free for members of the Polk County Cattlemen’s Association, their households, trade show exhibitors, and children aged 8 and under. For all other attendees, general admission is $10, with a discounted rate of $8 for veterans.

Important Dates and Times:

• Friday, January 24 – Sponsorship registration deadline (including graphics for program book ads)
• Friday, February 14 – Sponsor Appreciation steak lunch at 12:00 PM (we invite sponsors to join the rodeo and trade show committee crew for lunch at the Bartow Horse Arena)
• Saturday, February 15
• • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM – Trade Show Move-In (Advance notice required for Friday move-in)
  • 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM – Trade Show
  • 11:00 AM – Youth Whip Cracking Contest
  • 1:00 PM – Ranch Rodeo
