Join us for the COOLEST event of the year! Join us for the 2025 Polar Plunge! Organize a team of your friends, co-workers, and family members. You can go solo or choose to join the MHPD team.
Get creative by putting together costumes for this year’s theme "It's Glow Time" and take the plunge into some icy cold water!
Every dollar raised in the 2025 Polar Plunge will go towards Special Olympics programming to support over 12,000 Special Olympics athletes in the state of Missouri.
Your contribution and involvement help athletes achieve their goals on & off the field, have a healthier lifestyle, and have a sense of inclusion in the community.
If you cannot take the Plunge, you can still come out, and "strut" around the lake to help raise money. Or you can make a donation, volunteer your time, and come out to watch the event and show your support!
