Hotel Guests: Check-in time is 4pm. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12pm. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand.
Parking: The hotel offers valet parking for additional fee of $12 and $34 for overnight parking • Union Tempe Garage at 712 S. Forest (298 ft NE) • Tempe Town Center Lot at 20 E University Dr (447 ft NW) • The Brickyard Parking Garage 7th St at 7th St @ Mill (457 ft NW) • Church Lot at 100 E 7th St (471 ft N).

Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of Tempe's protocols for us to party safely and responsibly. If the event is canceled due to Covid-19; you'll be refunded.
