2025 Paola Fall Retreat: Its a White Christmas

We are so excited to be planning our 15th Annual Paola Fall Retreat & hope you will join us! This years theme is 'It's a White Christmas- There's Snow Place Like Arbonne!

Have you ever noticed that the months of November & December seem to bring them them a bit of "magic" that moves people to do a little more Loving, Skipping & Jumping for the sake of others than any other months throughout the year?

When deciding on the retreat theme for this year, we thought this particular theme would help create a little 'Arbonne Gives Back Magic' in November and give YOU, our Arbonne leaders the opportunity to do more, be more & GIVE more to help those less fortunate than you. ( Just like our treasured Rita Davenport always taught us- " When you have more, you can do more, be more and give more!"). Our trainers and leaders are going to pour into you and give you ALL WE HAVE so you can DREAM BIGGER, GROW YOUR VISION & WORK WITH CONVICTION & PURPOSE more than you ever before!

The ultimate goal for our retreat this year is for each attendee to leave the weekend with a FULL HEART , feeling competent in the skills they need to grow a successful Arbonne business & to have ROCK SOLID confidence in themselves, our industry & our company so they are empowered to live, work & step BOLDLY & CONFIDENTLY into BECOMING who each of you were created to be!

We have such an INCREDIBLE line-up in place for all of you and have even kept a few of our speakers and trainers a surprise until it gets a little closer but we can PROMISE you this, YOU are going to get the absolute BEST training available by top leaders who are LOVE in ACTION. They WALK the WALK and are living the lives they used to only dream about before.

From watching a live in person event and learning what to say, what to bring, how to close it and successfully get bookings & business builder interest to watching audience attendees get pulled up to be coached on what they( and you) need to do to level up in business all while learning how to mentor & coach both current & future team members, to prospecting your future business partners, to learning how to turn current clients into consultants on your team to learning about the history of our industry & our company from a leader that has been in business for over 35 years and who will help GROW your belief in this industry and in our company BIGGER than ever before; YOU ARE GOING TO GET IT ALL! !!!!!

1) Arbonne Giving Back Opportunies at the retreat~

In the spirit of giving back, For the Love of Mateo, a 5013C nonprofit organization founded by ENVP Val Edwards has chosen two local KC based organizations to support. Each year we do a raffle to raise funds for For the Love of Mateo and although we will still have our beloved raffle filled with logo items, unique gifts & handmade items from Guatemala; we wanted to have a way to have each attendee SEE LOVING, SKIPPING & JUMPING in action! So as a way to do that.....

We would love to have our attendees help us to make some "Arbonne Magic" happen the way ONLY Arbonne consultants can, buy locking arms and collecting items needed for two very deserving organizations. Please read about each one below...

Our first local outreach we would like to support this year is UpliftKC, a KC based organization that supports the local Kansas City homeless community through their weekly feeding program & personal care/item deliveries. We would love to have attendees consider collecting items we can donate to Uplift KC to use in Blessings Bags that will be handed out to the homeless in KC. ( Items like socks, gloves, toothbrushes & toothpaste, body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair brush, combs, body lotion, chapstick, & any individual snack type items.) Our Arbonne team will collect these items over the weekend and volunteers will help assembly the blessing bags on Saturday morning between 8am-8:45am & then again over the lunch hour.

** If you would like to be on the volunteer list to bring items for the blessing bags and/or help with the assembly of these bags, please email Val Edwards at [email protected] so she can get you added to the list. Please be sure to let Val know if you are planning to bring items to put in the blessing bags or if you would like to also help with assembling them on Saturday. Val will divide the list of volunteers up into groups based on how many volunteers we get that want to help with assembling the bags.

The second local outreach we would like to support this year is NewhouseKC, a domestic abuse shelter for families affected by domestic abuse. We would love to collect items listed on an Amazon Wishlist filled with gift requests made by children living at NewhouseKC. (This list will be available around October. You can purchase items on this list and then bring them with you to our retreat and put them under the Christmas trees we will have up as part of our retreat decor.). If you would like to volunteer to participate in giving back in this way by bringing a gift or two on the Amazon Wish list , please email Val Edwards @ [email protected] to let her know. She will email you the Amazon Wish list sometime in October.

**Val Edwards will personally deliver all items donated on behalf of our Arbonne team and will share pictures with everyone once they have have been delivered.

** As an added incentive to anyone who supports any of these local Giving Back Opportunities, Val will enter your name in a drawing to receive one WAIVED MISSION TRIP FEE to Guatemala. ( This is valued at $800 and includes 6 nights stay in Guatemala, two dinners, all breakfasts, all transport once in Guatemala & a billingual translator. Winner will have 24 months to redeem waived mission fee.)

** There will also be a Trucker Hat Bar hosted by For the Love of Mateo and all proceeds from hat sales will go to For the Love of Mateo. You can design your own trucker at & FTLOM's volunteers will make them and have them ready for you to pickup before the end of the night on Friday if you order then, or on Saturday between 12-1pm over our lunch hour.

2) What Your Retreat Ticket Includes:

• Dinner & drinks on Friday November 7th, plus 2 drinks tickets to use at bar
• Breakfast on Saturday November 8th (Protein Shake & Protein Balls)
• Boxed Lunch on Saturday November 8th
• Retreat Logo Cup ( will receive at Protein Bar Station)
• Dinner, dancing & entertainment on Friday November 7th
• Training & Coaching by Arbonne's Top Income Earners & local managers who have overcome all odds & built a business that has allowed them to have more, do more, be more and give more in their own lives.

3) Suggested Attire for the Weekend:

Friday November 7th- Party Chic Attire ( please wear any of our retreat themed decor colors- white/cream, gold, silver or hunter green.)

Saturday November 8th- Business Casual ( can wear jeans but try to tie in some of our retreat theme colors listed above.)

4) Arbonne's Got Talent Competition Info:

Some of our fun & creative local Vps & Managers will be helping to organize the details for our BELOVED Arbonne's Got Talent Competition. If you have a special talent or you and your team are fun & creative and are interested in participating in this competition, you can email Val Edwards @ [email protected] so she can get you on the list for any updated & communication as it gets closer to the event. ( Most likely we will have specifics on this by October 1st.)

5) Early Bird Ticket Price vs Regular Ticket Price:

Early Bird Tickets are available for purchase at 5am CST on July 15th-July 31st at midnight for only $125.

Starting August 1st the ticket price will go to $150 per ticket. All tickets must be purchased via the Eventbrite link and no registrations will be accepted at the door. Registration will close October 15th due to planning ahead for food, gifts & seating.

** After keeping the retreat ticket price at $100 for the past 12+ years, due to the cost of everything rising- event space rental, food, alcohol, cost of flights for speakers.. we had to raise the cost of the retreat ticket so we could cover expenses. The past few years we have been in the hole regarding expenses vs net, so we do hope you all understand. For years our attendees and outside speakers have always commented on the VALUE of what everyone gets for that price. The best time to purchase your ticket will be during our EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION July 15th-31st.

6) Refund Policy:

Due to the extensive planning and preparation that goes into planning an event like this, NO REFUNDS will be given as we are paying for expenses as we go each month leading up to this event. If for some reason you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another Arbonne Consultant although you will need to make sure any transferring or reimbursement of money is done on your end. If you have any quetions about transferring a ticket purchased to someone else you can email Val Edwards at [email protected]

7) Meals & Special Food Accomodations:

To help keep things less complicated, this year there will ONLY be two meal options available. Please see the menu below for each of the meal option that will be provided on both Friday and Saturday. If what we have provided will not work for your specific meal specifications, you are welcome to bring your own. ( We are sorry but for the past 15 years we have accomodated 7 different types of food accomodations and its just too much at this point, so we are choosing to simplify.)

Friday November 7th Dinner Options:

Option 1- (Regular Meal)Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken Pasta with garden salad/dressing & bread sticks

Option 2- (Vegetarian|Gluten & Dairy Free Meal) Gluten Free Pasta with Marina Sauce with veggies, garden saladw/GF & DF dressing

Saturday November 8th Box Lunch Options:

Option 1- ( Regular Meal) Turkey, Cheese & Veggie Wrap with chips & cookie

Option 2- ( Vegetarian|GF & DF Meal) Veggie Wrap with chips & fruit
