We are welcoming our fourth year since moving to our beloved Old Town location and would love to celebrate with you!
Join us for a day of FREE herbal classes in the garden as well as 15% off all sales in the shop!
We are thrilled to announce this year's guest teachers will include:
-Licensed acupuncturist & Herbalist, Patricia Lansing.
-Author, Speaker, and Intuitive Coach, Marilyn Lawrence.
-Herbalist & Proprietress of Rose & Crown Apothecary, Sarah Butte.
The following classes are free and will be held in the garden that hugs our shop. Please bring layers. Seating will be first come, first served. Service animals only please. Bring your own mug if you like. :) We have fun, informative classes in store for you including sampling different teas and herbal formulas.

The nervous system is a conduit of communication between the body and spirit…an interface with our body’s innate well of wisdom. When we learn the language of our nervous system, we tap into this empowering source of knowing--inviting another level of health, healing and balance into our lives. In this class, we will explore a holistic approach to supporting the nervous system through herbs, supplementation, vagal tone stretches, and lifestyle suggestions. My goal is to help you understand how to read the cues of your nervous system so you can feel more relaxed, grounded, and empowered.

Together we’ll explore two classic herbal formulas named “Easy Wanderer” and “Eight Woman’s Precious." We’ll delve into the ancient wisdom that makes these formulas relevant today including how to prepare and utilize them.

In this part-one interactive seminar, you will learn techniques that will directly and individually enhance your healthy living routine and goals, by first consciously clearing any interference between you and your goals, and second, by utilizing the cohesiveness between the mind, emotions, and body to strengthen and enhance YOU.

“Herbal Poultices & Compresses for the Home Herbalist - A Demo.”
Herbal poultices are fun, effective, and slightly messy…a tried & true herbal preparation to aid the healing of sprains, strains, stings, and more. In this class, we are going to demo some of our favorite poultices and compresses using fresh and dried herbs.
