2025 OATA Student Symposium & Quiz Bowl

The OATA Athletic Training Student Symposium & Quiz Bowl is an annual event held each year in November. Current athletic training students, who serve as members of the OATA Student Senate committee, organize this one day professional conference for their peers. The event consists of two KaHoot style quiz bowl rounds that allows students to from different universities to showcase their AT knowledge, accuracy, and speed. Student can also take part in 2 educational breakout sessions and one hands on lab session on the topic of Dry Needling.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided, please indicate your order options (any dietary restrictions along with your name in your order). Attendee and Quiz Bowl Teams Registration through October 2nd - $10. Attendee and Quiz Bowl Teams beyond October 2nd to 9th - $15 . Each quiz bowl team is made up of three individuals. In order to be on a team, individuals must be currently enrolled in the professional phase of a CAATE-Accredited Athletic Training program. There is no additional fee for Quizbowl teams, members just need to indicate participation when registering. You can have more than one team from your school, but only one team per school can progress to the final round.
