To earn a contact hour certificate, participants must stay for the entire presentation, and complete an evaluation form.

Temperatures at the conference venue may fluctuate. For your comfort, we suggest bringing a sweater or jacket. The dress code is business casual: no jeans, sneakers, flip flops, or sweatsuits.
