2025 NI AeroPress Championship

The Northern Ireland AeroPress Championship returns for the 2025 season! Join us at The Roast Works in Belfast for an action-packed evening of coffee brewing, where we will ultimately crown one lucky competitor the Northern Irish AeroPress champion – winning them a 3-day trip to Seoul, Korea to represent their country at the World Finals (5th & 6th December).

Alongside the competition, you will also have the oppurtunity to taste some of the best coffees on the island of Ireland! Our sponsors – Arcadia Green Coffee and Langdon Coffee Merchants will be hosting coffee cuppings in our lab . Slot times TBC.

To keep you all refreshed and energised, there will also be plenty of pizza, beer and drinks available. Vendor annoucements coming soon! 🍕 🍻

Competitors: £45 entry (limited to 45 places)

Spectators: £5 entry

Date: Sunday 28th September 2025

Time: Doors at 3pm, First round at 4pm sharp (competitors must arrive at 3pm)

Venue: The Roast Works, Balmoral Road (off Boucher Road), Belfast, BT12 6QA

Rules: We will be following the new and updated WAC Rules found here: (https://worldaeropresschampionship.com/pages/rules)

Coffee: Sourced by Raw Material and roasted by White Star Coffee. They have selected a coffee, which all competitors must use. 1x 250g bag of coffee will be supplied to each competitor ahead of the event for practice. Each competitor will then be given 250g on arrival, for competition use.
