Join Maree, and support your resolution the Iyengar way, with 3 mornings of yoga asana practice & round it off with a Sunday afternoon Restorative session.Each morning practice will have different accent or focus, while consolidating the foundations of Iyengar yoga.
The Sunday arvo restorative will be focused on replenishing one's energy, especially if you are new to a daily practice. Otherwise, who needs an excuse to practice restorative? In Iyengar yoga, it is a vital part of ones sadhana.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6.30am-8.30am
Sunday restorative 4pm-6pm
Open to all students of yoga.
Full experience $130
Casual attendance $40
Sunday restorative $50

To be held at a private studio only 5 minutes from Maleny town.
