Welcome to my gong bathing sessions at Arts Centre Washington.
I love this venue. The sound in the old barn is incredible.

Come prepared. As usual, bring your blankets, mats, and pillows for your cosy gong nest, as I cannot provide them at ACW. Chairs are also available for seated practice.

During a Gong Bath
You can lie down or sit; chairs are available in a beautiful, nurturing, warm and cosy space. You may rest in stillness, stretch or move while experiencing cascading sound layers filtered through from the highest source. Ripples of Sound induce a meditative state. Gongs and other instruments provide the opportunity for you to just be; to enter a blissful place for relaxation, every journey is different; you may explore;
Sensory experiences range from slight tingles to large, engulfing energy waves moving through your body.
A thoughtful or visual e; everyone;w ere you can encounter mental clarity and profoundly insightful imagery.
