As featured on Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre Foods, this beloved Shelby tradition celebrates our one-of-a-kind regional delicacy: liver mush.

In addition to classic liver mush sandwiches, local food trucks are serving up liver mush smashburgers, tacos, and other creative takes on this iconic staple.
