About this Event
Welcome to the 2025 Native American Partnership Conference!
This year’s theme, “Resources for Connection and Wellness: A Native American Community Conference,” reflects our shared commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue, community support, and pathways to well-being across our Native communities.
NAP is a collaboration between New Mexico’s Tribes and Pueblos and the Chronic Disease Prevention Council, dedicated to advancing culturally relevant health and wellness initiatives for Native populations. Our 2025 conference will feature dynamic topics such as:
- Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia in Native communities
- A healthy cooking demonstration
- The 8 Dimensions of Wellness
- Maternal health and family support
- Keynote presentations by Michael Bird and comedian James Junes
Come spend the day engaging with fellow community members, public health professionals, community advocates, and wellness practitioners. The agenda includes interactive workshops, networking opportunities, cultural exchange, and insightful sessions—all aimed at strengthening partnerships and sharing tools that uplift Native well-being.
Hybrid Event - Limited to 200 in person, virtual option available!
