Come on out to the Annual South Street block party for National Night Out, in conjunction with NATW, TWIS, SSHD.
Just as in 2016 when we started the tradition at this location, we will have information and give-aways in front of the police mini-station on South Street to raise awareness of crime prevention efforts, learn about city programs, and offer an opportunity for neighbors to meet officers as well as each other in order to promote safer communities.
National Night Out Against Crime is an annual event held the first week of August throughout the United States. We are doing something a little different this year. We are turning this into a National Night Week Kickoff event and having it the Friday before the normal week.
