Ms. Medicare is a premier industry conference and was founded by Amanda Brewton a few years ago, in fact 4 to be exact. Based on the notion that the woman in this industry needed a safe space to network and feel comfortable learning; in a male dominated field, this was much needed. Amanda reached out to her agents, and they all requested this conference with urgency and even suggested the beauty pageant theme much like the movie, Miss Congeniality. In true fashion, Amanda Brewton delivered with passion, and real tangible education, trending topics, and industry leaders which would be the main focus for this 2-day conference held in Cleveland Ohio. Each year this conference has grown further than expected. We have sold out each year and last year within 72 hours. But the main bragging aspect is the results of this conference. We have learned the impact from this conference has affected how the agent sells, is motivated in ownership of their business, and most important, inspires their confidence.

Ms. Medicare was created to allow women to have a space to connect with other women who work in our industry, laugh, and learn. THERE IS NO RECRUITING AT THIS EVENT.

2025 Ms. Medicare 2-day conference requires formal dresses the first day. You will probably have seen pictures of ladies in tiaras and ballgowns, but you do not have to wear a ballgown, suits and business attire are acceptable if that's not your thing. The second day will be business attire. Don't forget your crown both days, feel free to wear it both days.

Ticket prices are below and do not include travel expenses, hotel rooms and some do not have any any social events that you will want to attend. We have created an entire weekend of events from July 12th - July 16th, 2025, here in Cleveland, Ohio. We have a group rate at the Embassy Suites, so book early to get in on the discounted room pricing! I tried to make this as affordable as possible. ****As a part of marketing efforts, we will be recording and capturing footage of all events, including audience shots, photography, and promotional clips to use for future marketing purposes. By purchasing your ticket and by attending the event, you understand and agree that we may use your image, likeness and voice as captured in any footage or photography for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes without compensation or credit to you. I also understand that any images or footage captured of me can be changed, copied, and posted to all social media outlets, publications, internet, magazines, journals, articles etc. provided that it is done for lawful purpose.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to all terms and conditions below. Please read carefully before you agree to purchase.

• As part of our marketing efforts, we will be recording and capturing footage of the event, including audience shots and promotional clips to use for future marketing purposes. By purchasing your ticket and attending the event, you agree that we may use your image, likeness, and voice as captured in any footage for promotional or commercial purposes, without any compensation or credit to you.
• Conference registration may be canceled with full refund (less an Eventbrite processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date. ( email: [email protected]) Since we need to give our commitment to local small businesses, they need to have the same respect for cancellations, and we do not want them to lose money on guaranteed product. Tickets are nontransferrable.
• A 50% refund (less Eventbrite fees) is available for conference registration provided written notification is received ( [email protected]) between four (4) weeks and two (2) weeks prior to the conference start date. No transfers or credits available.
• No refunds will be granted within two (2) weeks of the conference start date, no matter what the reason. No transfers or credits will be given for any reasons as well.
• All social event cancellations, that have a fee, will also have the same policy and by paying for a conference ticket, you agree to those terms.
• Please note that each bank has their own policy about how long funds are returned. We cannot guarantee when returned funds will be available in your particular account.
• A waitlist will be activated once we reach capacity. We encourage you to add your name to that list, if the conference is sold out.
