2025 Montana Pork Producers Council Meeting & Show Vendor Registration

The Annual Meeting of Montana Pork Producers Council is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at the Mansfield Civic Center in Great Falls. This event occurs during the same week of the MT Agricultural & Industrial Expo (MAGIE) show. Scheduling the same week ensures a higher number of producers are able to attend the MPPC event. A limited number of rooms are available at the Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel & Suites on 600 River Drive South at a special rate until January 1st. Please call (406) 761-2600 and specify that you are reserving a room from the Montana Pork Producers block. You will need to present a method of payment at that time and specify smoking or non-smoking. The tradeshow is very important to the MPPC meeting. You are invited to exhibit your product or service all day January 17. Set up times are the afternoon of January 14 between 1-5 pm or from 7:00-8am on January 15. Booths must be removed after 6 pm the same day. In 2025, assignment of exhibit space shall be made on the basis of sponsorship, previous participation and booth diversity. Once again, we are offering a top quality, evening meal without a program. This allows time for vendors to interact with clients, while not increasing company costs with dinner off-grounds. Please note that meal tickets are separate from booth spaces and sponsorships. They can be purchased online and will be added to the packets at check-in as in previous years. A limited number of meal tickets are available the day of the event - $20 for lunch and $20 for dinner.

Sponsorship + booth applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in two waves, direct invite to previous year vendors and then open to new participants. Payments may arrive via this online system, check via mail or check/cash at the event. If an invoice is needed to process your company payment, please mark that selection under additional payment options.

Due to MPPC preference & insurance liability, alcohol may not be served by exhibitors on-grounds. Failure to observe this request will result in suspension from 2026 event.

Deadline for registration that guarantees printing in program is NO LATER THAN January 5.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event and can I ship booth materials ahead?

The official meeting hotel is a short distance from the Mansfield Convention Center, with an airport shuttle also available. Participants will use the South facing Convention doors and parking lot at the Convention Center. Please do not park in the neighboring business parking areas. Booth materials can be shipped ahead to either the Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel or the Mansfield Convention Center by first clearing it with their staff. ALL Convention items MUST be cleared the evening of the event or arrangements made for pickup due to another event the following day.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, registration information such as representative names can be updated. It is essential that these names are current for use in nametags, etc. Final printing for the event occurs the first week in January.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Vendors will receive a packet with additional information, printed luncheon & dinner tickets and nametags at the door. Any schedule changes will also be reflected in the meeting brochure at that time.

What is the refund policy?

MPPC understands that weather and conflicting events are both factors in business. Luncheon and dinner tickets are fully refundable through the morning of the meeting. Sponsorships will not be refundable after Dec 15th due to printing deadlines. If a situation occurs needing this attention, please do not hesitate to call the office directly at (406) 557-2982.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, provided that MPPC was notified of any changes requiring an updated nametag PRIOR to the day of the event.
