Celebrate the start of an inspiring new year at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum with a launch party you won’t want to miss! This year’s theme, Rising Tides, will shape our 2025 exhibitions and programming, exploring art’s powerful relationship with water, nature, and resilience.
Be among the first to experience the opening of three captivating exhibitions: "Edward Burtynsky: Water", "Shelly Mosman: Currents", and the book arts gallery exhibit "Once Upon a Shore". The evening begins with an exclusive, artist-led tour of "Currents", where Shelly Mosman will share insights into her creative process and the inspirations behind her work.
After the tour, dive into a night of live music and celebration. Enjoy music from David Huckfelt, and artist-inspired cocktails from our bar, along with delicious food available for purchase. Step outside to our riverwalk and warm up by a crackling bonfire, enjoying the beauty of a crisp winter night along the river.
