2025 Mental Health Symposium

Walsh University's 2025 Mental Health Symposium: Interdisciplinary Perspectives, offers a unique platform for professionals from various fields—psychology, psychiatry, counselors, occupational therapy, social work, nursing, and more—to come together and share insights on addressing mental health challenges. By fostering collaboration across disciplines, the event encourages the exchange of diverse approaches and strategies for treatment, prevention, and support.

Experts will discuss innovative strategies for various mental health challenges, such as addiction, life after loss, and the juvenile justice system. This interdisciplinary dialogue not only enhances understanding but also promotes innovative solutions to the complex and multifaceted issues surrounding mental health, ultimately contributing to more effective and comprehensive care for individuals and communities.

This FREE event is designed for Mental Health Professionals, Community Partners and Walsh faculty and students, offering 4 contact hours for occupational therapists and 3.5 contact hours for counselors (certificate of attendance provided).
