Join us for the 2025 Memphis Parks 5K and Family Day! Our third annual event returns on Saturday, August 30, from 8 – 11 a.m. at Overton Park.
Bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of fitness and community hosted by the Memphis Parks Health and Wellness Department! Enjoy a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with local vendors, exciting giveaways, and plenty of activities for all ages. Let’s get moving together!
