Part 1: 10:00-11:15 am: Sound Bath Opening Intention

Class Outline:

Part 1: Sound Bath Opening Intention

We start with an opening immersive Sound Bath class where we open your 2025 intention and any energetic spaces that are blocked so we can begin to remove them. Please invest in a new blank journal for this workshop and the continuation of your work after this class.

Part 2: Inner Child / Shadow Connection & Discovery

This class will start with a reflection on your inner child and what your shadow is. We will then journey to connect to your inner child and shadow so we can allow the space for them to speak. The class will then finish with journaling to hold the space of forgiveness and closure. Please bring your journal to this class.

Class 3: Manifestation Board Creation

This class will be about starting to create your 2025 Manifestation Board. We will begin with an inner child journey to open the spaces of intention and priority and conclude with an affirmation intention to seal the manifestation boards.

Class 4: Closing Intention Sound Bath Class

Put the completed Manifestation Boards and set them at your feet in this immersive Sound Bath class. Each of the boards will be activated by Alex during the sound bath journey. Intentions will be set with your Guides and Angels to hold the space of creation and manifestation in its highest form.
