The Living Well with Arthritis Conference is a half-day educational event focused on ensuring that people with arthritis are living a life without limits.
This exciting new event in the Eastern Pennsylvania & South Jersey market is designed to offer people living with arthritis in our local communities an opportunity to come together to focus on physical and mental wellness. In addition to great speakers, this program will offer interactive sessions on yoga, Tai Chi, and more ways to stay active. Movement is the best medicine but it can be difficult when you are experiencing pain. The expo will help people create a wellness and activity plan based on their individual abilities and interests.
The registration fee is $10 - includes programs, light snacks, and a box lunch. Scholarships are available upon request.
Septa passes are available for people who require transportation - 1 RT ticket with 1 transfer per attendee good for that day only.
