Festivities start at Mike's Kiel Lounge at 2pm on November 1st to register ($20) and receive your punch cards and the rules. Wear a costume to receive an extra opportunity to be entered in the raffles. Pub Crawl will end at 6pm at Mike's Kiel Lounge with a fun raffle and Halloween costume contest.
