Our annual JayDoc Pickleball Tournament will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, November 9. Join the fun as there will be pickleball, raffles and more!
Donations and proceeds from the pickleball tournament will support JayDoc Community Clinic patients by providing essential diabetes supplies like testing strips and glucose monitors, access to vital medications, interpreter services and a diabetes education class that empowers patients to manage their health. With your generosity, we can ensure every patient at JayDoc Community Clinic living with diabetes receives the complete care and support they deserve.
