Saturday: Cash Awards for 1st – 3rd Place - $500 to 1st Place!!
-Chili $30 Per Entry
BBQ Entry Fee: $100.00 Per Team, for 3 categories. Cash and Awards for 1st-3rd Place
-Chicken (1/2 Chicken)
-Ribs (7 Ribs)
-Brisket (7 Slices)
Friday Night: Jackpot Cash for 1st Place (Winner announced Fri. Night 9:00)
-JACKPOT $25 Per Entry, Anything Off the Pit (No Dessert)
Saturday: Award for 1st Place
-Dessert $15 Per Entry
Kids Que: Awards 1st-3rd Place (Pork Chops will be provided and all kids will get an award)
-Pork Chop - Free Entry
BBQ Rules:
1. Teams may begin set-up Friday morning Jan. 17. Each team is limited to Pit & 1-RV (self-contained with generator and water.)
2. Red Cloud RV Park is next to HonkyTonk for additional RV’s. Contact them for availability.
3. Cooks Meeting: Friday 6:00 PM
4. Kids Que Meeting Saturday 9:30 AM
5. No gas cookers allowed.
6. No dug Pits.
7. No sauces or garnishing may be used after meat is cooked.
8. Each team is responsible for keeping cook area clean during & after cook-off. Dispose of grease properly.
9. Chief Cook will be responsible for the conduct of team & guests.
10. Judging: Friday, Jan. 17 **WINNER ANNOUNCED FRI. NIGHT @ 9:00 PM
 7:30 PM Anything off the Pit
11. Judging: Saturday, Jan. 18
 10 AM Dessert (Does not have to be cooked in Dutch Oven)
 11 AM Kids Que (Pork Chop)
 12 PM Chicken
 12:30 PM Chili
 1 PM Ribs
 2 PM Brisket
 3 PM Awards
12. Judges decisions are final.
