The International CoDA Convention (ICC) is a time and place for codependents to meet to celebrate and further their recovery. Newcomers and old timers attend workshops and enjoy hearing speakers share their experience, strength and hope of CoDA Recovery. The 2025 Convention theme is "Declare your Independence, Know a New Freedom!". Please join us for a fantastic weekend!

This is a private event, therefore Codependents Anonymous Inc. will not be issuing letters of invitation, for the purposes of international travel and visa application processes to attend our Conference this is to follow our own guidelines and processes while adhering to the state laws in which our corporation is registered along with those of the United States of America.

How to attend?

The 2025 Convention is in-person only.

Since workshops and speaker presentations will run concurrently, you will be able to choose which sessions you'd like to attend. All sessions will be recorded (audio only), and recordings will be made available later. Please note live virtual streaming or remote attendance will not be offered.

What is the cost to register?
There are two tickets, both with Early Bird pricing until June 10, 2025:

Workshops Only

• Early Bird (by June 15, 2025) $105.00 USD (+ fees = $111.24 total at checkout)
• Regular (On or after June 16, 2025)$120.00 USD (+ fees = $126.99 total at checkout)

Full Access > Workshops + Meals

• Early Bird (by June 15, 2025) $160.00 USD (+ fees = $168.99 total at checkout)
• Regular (On or after June 16, 2025) $185.00 USD (+ fees = $195.24 total at checkout)

Your registration includes full access to all presentations plus two group meals: Saturday evening dinner and Sunday morning breakfast. These shared meals are more than just nourishment—they're opportunities to connect with fellow codependents and strengthen the bonds that support our personal recovery. These moments may become some of the most valuable parts of your journey as you “Declare Your Independence and Know a New Freedom!”

Saturday Evening Dinner
Join us for a delicious buffet dinner featuring a wide variety of options to suit every palate.
The dinner buffet includes:

• Chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, herb croutons, and parmesan cheese
• Grilled chicken with a sweet Thai chili glaze
• Rice and chef’s seasonal vegetables
• Creamy penne with meatballs in Rosa sauce
• Fresh rolls with butter
• Coffee, tea, iced tea, and a selection of desserts

Sunday Morning Breakfast
Fuel up for the final day with a hearty American Breakfast buffet. Enjoy a satisfying start to the final day of connection and collaboration! The breakfast buffet includes:

• Freshly squeezed orange, cranberry, and apple juices
• Sliced seasonal fruits and berries
• Delta bakery basket with pastries served with butter, fruit preserves, and honey
• Assorted yogurts, homemade granola, and a variety of cereals
• Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese
• Crispy applewood smoked bacon or pork sausage links
• Roasted breakfast potatoes
• Cinnamon French toast
• Freshly brewed Starbucks coffee (regular and decaf), assorted herbal teas, and milk options including whole, 2%, skim, and soy (available upon request)

Dietary restrictions and preferences will be collected during checkout to ensure appropriate quantities and selections are available.

• 7 days before event - full refund - less $10 processing fee

• 6 days before event - 50% refund

• 5 days or less prior to event - No refund

Please note that the refund policy will be adhered to this year. If you would like to submit for a refund based on the dates outlined above, please email, [email protected] and indicate "ICC Refund Request" in the email subject line. In case of cancellation after the deadlines listed above, any money that is not refunded will be used as a Seventh Tradition donation.

• Room rates are $154.00 USD for a Standard 2 Queen or Standard King room.
• Please note the last day to make reservations is September 11, 2025.
• Local attendees: carpooling in encouraged as the hotel chargets $25.00 USD per night for uncovered self-parking (in/out privileges).
• Refundable incidental deposit: USD $50 per accommodation, per day.

• Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) – 3.6 km (2.2 miles)
• The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle; reservations are required. Please call 610-521-5900 to book.
• Alternate Airport Transportation: Lady Liberty Transportation, 1-215-724-8888.
• Domestic travel - You can use a government-issued photo ID, such as a state-issued driver's license, to board a domestic flight. Starting May 7, 2025, you'll need a REAL ID-compliant ID to board a domestic flight at Philadelphia International Airport.
• International travel - You'll need a passport to cross international borders, whether by land, air, or sea.
• As stated above, will not be issuing letters of invitation, for the purposes of international travel and visa application processes to attend our Conference.
