2025 Infant Toddler Conference

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

This year's conference is in a different location at Oakton College in Des Plaines due to Construction. Please park in LOT A. Please note that you will be parking and entering on the opposite side from where we normally host. You may choose one of 6 tracks with two workshops. Once in this track you will be able to relax in one room- no scrambling trying to find the next session. The presenters will be coming to you.

Time:

7:30am check-in/registration and vendors open

8am-10am Workshop one

10:30am -12:30pm Workshop two

Cost:

Early Bird Rates:

• Before February 1, 2025 Individual $30 each + fees*
• Before February 1, 2025 Group rates of more than 5: $25 each + fees*.

After February 2, 2025, prices increase by $5 each.

No Refunds, but substitutions of attendees will be allowed. Please notify us of the change.

This four-hour Gateways verified event is offered by Oakton. Participants will have 4-hours documented in their Illinois Gateways Professional Development Record after verification of attendance. Be sure to include your Gateways number on the registration form.

Location:

• Oakton College 1600 W. Golf Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016

Park in the Lot A, enter the building through the doors closest to Lot A. Directional signs will be posted. You will sign-in at the check-in/registration table and receive information for the location of your track. NOTE- different conference location at Oakton this year due to Renovation work. Park in LOT A.

Food:

You may bring your own beverage or snacks. A light snack and coffee, tea or water will be offered, those with food allergies/intolerances are encouraged to bring their own snack. Please note, this is a shorter conference no breakfast or lunch will be available.

Physical accommodations:

Accommodations are available to those with physical limitations. Please be aware that walking various distances will be necessary to reach the registration table, as well as the vendors and workshops. Elevators are available for your convenience.
