“Do You Believe in Magic” is the theme for the 77th Annual HSRDC Houston Hoedown on October 10 and 11, and we’re getting everything ready for an unforgettable weekend! 🎉 We’re dancing at the Gerald D Young Agricultural Sciences Center in Katy, with Buddy Weaver calling and Jan Toms as our cuer. 🌟 Early registration is $50 per person, but don’t wait too long—the deadline for the $10 discount is September 12! Get your registration in to Donna Bowen or any HSRDC board member before the 12th and save yourself some cash. After that, you can still register, but the registration goes up to $60.
Friday opens at 2pm with early Rounds and Mainstream. The evening will be Mainstream, Plus and Rounds. Saturday will feature Mainstream, Plus, Rounds, Fun Squares, Hot Hash and Intro to A.
A special treat this year will be a dinner and magic show on Saturday between the afternoon and evening dance sessions. Exciting details still to come!
Raffle tickets are already available for the $500 cash prize, plus THREE other amazing raffle items: a gorgeous Christmas quilt, a $150 gift certificate to Taste of Texas, and the Rake in the Cash prize pack with gift cards & scratch-off tickets. You don’t have to be at the Hoedown to win, so grab your tickets when you see them for sale at your club!
