Please join us from 3:00 - 6:00 on Saturday, July 12th at Back Porch for drinks and appetizers as we collect silent auction/raffle and liquor pull donations for The Hoody Memorial Golf Outing and Dinner. It is encouraged that all attendees of the party bring a gift (or gifts) to be used in the silent auction/raffle or liquor pull.This will also be the deadline to drop off any donations. Donations that are submitted after the gift gathering party will be used for the following year's event.
Anything from pre-made baskets to individual items are very much appreciated. Gifts could be as simple as a bottle of bourbon.
Please be sure to include with your donation a brief description and the name(s) of the donating party.
Please consider helping to support these local businesses by buying gift cards to donate to The Hoody auction/raffle.
