Join Henry County Health Partners for the release of the 2025 Henry County Community Health Assessment to learn more about the story of health in our community. We will spend time looking at our county by the numbers and together plan goals and strategies to improve the health of the county over the next 3 years.

Together we CAN move the needle of health in Henry County. Be part of the future for a healthier Henry County.

A light breakfast will be provided starting at 8:30am. Meeting starts promptly at 9:00am.
