Our Saint Patrick’s Parade and Festival Grand Marshal is Cindy Beauregard.
Norwich, CT – The Norwich Saint Patrick’s Parade and Festival Committee is proud to announce Cindy Beauregard as the Grand Marshal for the 2025 event. Cindy’s unwavering dedication to the Norwich community and her tireless efforts to support local families make her a fitting choice for this esteemed honor.

For the past 14 years, Cindy has served as the Family Resource Center Coordinator for Norwich Public Schools, where she has made a profound impact by providing vital services to families. Her work includes organizing playgroups, connecting families to essential resources such as housing and parent support, facilitating youth development groups, and building strong community outreach initiatives. Cindy’s leadership extends to collecting and distributing food, hygiene products, home essentials, and holiday dinner baskets to families in need, addressing food insecurity and other challenges with compassion and determination.
Cindy’s dedication is reflected in her extensive volunteer and leadership roles:
• Norwich Bully Busters Board Executive Member
• Board Member of Madonna Place, TVCCA, UCFS, and the Norwich Public Schools Education Foundation
• School Building Committee Member for Norwich
• Read to Ride Program Board Member
• Partner with Norwich Recreation Department, providing free monthly family activities
• United Way volunteer, coordinating Tommy Toy Fund efforts, food drives, and the Mobile Food Pantry
• Facilitator of “Parent with a Purpose,” a support group for parents of children with ASD
Cindy’s efforts have touched countless lives, building stronger families and a more resilient Norwich community.
She will be honored alongside the Winterfest Grand Marshal Stephen Bosquet at the Norwich Events Organization Annual Gala on January 31st at the Holiday Inn in Norwich. This special evening is an opportunity for the community to celebrate Cindy and Steve’s remarkable contributions to the City. Tickets are available now at the Norwich Events website.

The 2025 Norwich Saint Patrick’s Parade and Festival will take place on Sunday, March 2 with a 1:00 Parade Step Off.
