2025 GAAFU Eastern Regional

The Eastern Region of the General Alumni Association of Fisk University is calling all Fiskites to gather in Washington, D.C. for an unforgettable Eastern Regional Conference — October 31 to November 2!

We’re bringing the spirit of Fisk to the nation’s capital for a weekend full of laughter, learning, and legacy:

🎤 Friday, October 31: Kick things off with a Comedy Show featuring some of the DMV’s funniest HBCU alumni comedians. It's going to be a night of laughter you won’t forget!

📚 Saturday, November 1: We’ll focus on alumni development, equipping ourselves with the tools and strategies to be even stronger advocates for our beloved Fisk. That evening, unwind and reconnect with fellow alumni over music and fellowship.

🍽️ Sunday, November 2: We’ll close out in style with a soulful brunch followed by a group visit to the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture — a powerful reminder of our collective story and strength.

Mark your calendars, spread the word, and get ready to represent for Fisk in D.C. — where legacy meets leadership and laughter.

Registration covers all of the above events. Hotel Lodging is not included.
