Together in that mix of a 2 days’ hike and creativity, we’ll set powerful intentions for a fresh start for 2025, reflect on our deepest needs and desires, and reconnect with nature. Through guided meditation, self-reflection, creative expression, and playful art, you’ll gain clarity on how to reshape your future and manifest a brighter tomorrow.
What to Expect:
• Meditation & mindfulness practices to connect with your inner-self.
• A chance to reflect on your vision for 2025 and the steps to get there.
• Create a beautiful vision board collage to visualize your dreams.
No need for any art experience, only come with an open mind and a curious spirit.
Detailed Itinerary
* Leaving Cairo 19 Dec 6PM. Reaching St Catherine town, sleepover in lodge rooms.
* Friday morning; start hiking through Wadi Raha to Telaah (around 3KM) till reaching our garden in the mountains
*1st session: “What is your vision?” workshop
*Afternoon hike optional (around 7KM) to Wadi Talaa, back to our garden to enjoy dinner and discussion around campfire
*2nd session: Meditative Grounding into your vision- around campfire
* Saturday morning; 3rd session: Creative vision board, time for art!
* Hike down to Catherine town (around 5 KM)
* Should reach Cairo Saturday 21 Dec by 11PM

Bio:
Shahira Kamal is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, singer-songwriter and Expressive Arts therapy practitioner, with over 15 years of experience in teaching art to diverse age groups.
A Fine Arts graduate of 2006, she co-founded the EIC organization, dedicated to promoting art through graffiti. Shahira has led numerous wall art projects and collage workshops, and she specializes in guiding high school students aspiring to enter art universities, as well as using her studies with EXE and World Arts Organization in providing expressive arts therapy sessions.
Her artistic journey includes participation in various exhibitions, featuring 3 solo shows latest in 2024, released 2 music albums and has significant contributions to community-focused art initiatives.
