We’re excited to announce that reservations are now open for our Downtown Fort Collins Holiday Carriage Rides this November and December!We apologize for the delay this year as we wrapped up some final details with our larger events, but we’re thrilled to finally open booking for the holiday season.

✨ TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION
To reserve your ride, please email [email protected] with the following information:
• Name for the reservation
• Email address
• Phone number
• Number of people in your group
• A couple of your preferred dates and times (in case your first choice is already booked)
Once we receive your information, we’ll send an invoice via Square for payment. Please note that payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice to finalize and secure your reservation. Unpaid invoices after that time will result in the spot being reopened for others.
This email is being sent to multiple families on our notification list, and while we’ll do our very best to accommodate everyone’s preferences, reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be addressed in the order they are received.
Reservations are $80 for up to a family of four, with the option to add up to four additional guests for $5 per person.
A $10 non-refundable fee applies to all reservations to cover time and resources dedicated to booking.
Cancellations are refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice, or if we must cancel due to inclement weather or animal illness/injury.
Please note: for the safety of our horses, guests, and staff, Diamond SR Carriage, LLC does not operate during rain, active snowfall, temperatures at or below 20°F and falling, or when roads are icy or snow-packed. Every year, we see more cancellations later in the season due to weather, so we encourage booking earlier dates for the best chance at clear skies and cozy rides!
