2025 Five-Year Homeless Housing Strategic Plan: Strategy Session 4

Join us for the fourth and final session of our strategic planning series! This will be a short wrap-up and report-out of the results of our other three planning sessions. This is the only optional session of the series. Becasuse the plan will be finalized at this point in preperation of its official BOCC approval in December, there will be no feedback or action items needed from participants and it is purely intended to be informational. This in-person event will be held at the Maggie Perez Student Success Center.

Strategy Session 4 will focus on:

• Reviewing the final draft of the 5-Year Plan, with the updated goals based on feedback from Session 3, prior to the plan being presented to the Board of County Commissioners.

This event will be restricted to participants of the strategic planning process. If you plan to attend, please plan to commit to all three full-day strategic sessions over the course of 2025 if you are able. This will be a year-long process with each session building off of the last. The dates for all four sessions can be found here:

1. Strategy Session 1: February 18 (full day)
2. Strategy Session 2: May 13 (full day)
3. Strategy Session 3: August 11 (full day)
4. Strategy Session 4: November (partial day - OPTIONAL)

Eventbrite does not allow for registration too far in advance of an event date, so if you find that the next session is not yet available for registration, please simply mark on your calendar the date so that you can hold it in your schedule, and watch for an email from the Human Services Department when tickets become available.

For all other members of the community interested in seeing the final plan, it will be published on the County webpage after it is officially approved by the Board of County Commissioners in December 2025.
