Speaker - Josh Good, Christian Endeavor
Josh serves as the Ministry Operations Director and VP for North America & the Caribbean with Christian Endeavor. Josh has been in youth ministry for over 17 years, serving both as a Youth Pastor and now coaching churches and youth workers. He is passionate about helping churches establish an intentional and effective discipleship strategy for their youth ministry. He works closely with youth leaders, providing coaching, insight and encouragement. In addition, Josh is involved in creating and writing new youth ministry resources for CE. He also regularly speaks at youth retreats and conferences throughout the US. In addition to his ministry role, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Justine and four kids (who
are entering the teen years!) drinking coffee and smiling like crazy. When you connect with Josh, be sure to keep an ear out for his classic catchphrase, "so good!"
Christian Endeavor (CE) is a global, intercultural, interdenominational, gospel-centered Church movement that develops advocates who intentionally empower youth to commit to Christ and engage their faith. CE was founded in 1881 and is responsible for establishing youth ministry in North America. Today, CE can be found across 28 states and 57 countries.
