About this Event
Come join us at Christ Our Redeemer Church for a morning of learning, sharing, and connecting with others who are passionate about supporting individuals with special needs. This event is a great opportunity to gain insights, resources, and tools to better serve this community within our faith communities. Let's come together to make a positive impact!
OC Sheriff Don Barnes invites you to this informative meeting to explore how the faith community can better support individuals with special needs and their families. Our faith traditions are rooted in compassion and inclusion which calls us to recognize the unique gifts and dignity of every person. A special guest panel moderated by Sheriff Barnes will share experiences and discuss practical steps that we can take to create a more accessible environment where all can feel welcome.
We will also be recognizing the recipient of the annual Sandra Hutchens Interfaith Community Service Award.
