2025 Fairfax County Kimchi Festival

Welcome to the 2025 Fairfax County Kimchi Festival!

Enjoy an afternoon of Korean culture, fun, and flavor at the Fairfax County Government Center. Experience live cultural performances, join our Kimchi Workshop, play traditional Korean games, and taste delicious K-food. Dress up in Hanbok for photos, and have your name written in Korean!

Event Highlights:

• Kimchi Workshop – 50 participants will be randomly selected from all attendees by raffle. Each family receives a container of kimchi to take home.
• Korean Name Calligraphy by calligrapher Myung-won Kwon
• Hanbok Experience & Polaroid Photo – Try on hanbok and get a Polaroid photo souvenir
• Traditional Korean Performances – Nanta, K-pop dance, fan dance, and street performances (JUB Cultural Center)
• Fun Games – Ttakji (paper slap) & Jegichagi (hacky sack)
