Conference hours:
Thursday May 22nd
8am-3pm
Registration: Begins at 7am
730am-8am: Breakfast
8am - 3pm: Speakers/Lectures
8am - 9am: Vendor set-up
10am - 2pm: Grand Opening of the Exhibits
12pm - 1pm: Lunch & Desserts
Booth Information, Size and Fee’s:
Booth sizes: 8’x6’ (SETEC Vendor Layout is attached).
Pipe and drape will be provided at no additional cost.
1 Table (6’) with table cover and 2 chairs will be provided with each booth. No charge for additional chairs if needed.
No gas source available.
Electricity will be available upon request.
Booth Assignment is on a first come first served basis, contingent upon receipt of this application and payment. Requests for specific booth assignments will be considered.
Parking included.
CEU’s can be awarded to booth attendants if needed. Please fill out registration on each participant.
Standard Exhibit Space 8’x6’
$400.00 Exhibit Fee.
Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Special considerations will be made to returning supporters of the Explorer Conference.
Booth, table, chairs, table covers.
1 “charge” person.
Breakfast & Lunch provided.
2 Conference Admissions including CEU’s.
Additional name badges can be purchased for $35/each. These include CEUs: please fill out registration information.
Requirements for Exhibitors:
No smoking.
No tape on painted surfaces.
No excessively loud audio or mechanical equipment.
All medical gas cylinders must be secured by cart, strap or stand.
Each exhibitor must make provisions for the guarding of their goods, materials, equipment and display boards.
The Explorer Conference and SETEC will assume no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or stolen equipment or belongings.
Exhibits should be attended to at all times.
Storage space will be available during off hours. SETEC is not open to the public during off hours.
