2025 Early Learning Fall Institute Participant Registration

The 2025 Early Learning Fall Institute is on October 3-4. The Iowa Early Learning Fall Institute brings together early childhood professionals from across the state for a unique professional development opportunity. Early Bird Deadline - September 3 at 11:59 pm

Registration Deadline - September 24 at 11:59 pm

Lunch and break items are included in the price of registration. Breakfast is not included, but there are several local options and breakfast will be available for purchase at the Meadows Cafe.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, refunds can be made if cancellation notice is received via email to [email protected] by September 24, 2024 at 4:00 pm. After September 24, absolutely no refunds will be given and all registered attendees must pay registration fees.

Class Selections: Attendees will select the classes at the time of registration. Click here to view the class session options. If you are registering a group of 6 or more people please email [email protected] to get your group registered.

To unlock your discounted member rate, please follow these steps:

1. Click the orange Reserve a spot button.

2.Type in your email address associated with your membership(in text box above the ticket options)(your email address is your promo code)

3. Click Apply. This will unlock the member rates.

Please note - members may only complete ONE registration at a time. If you are registering a large group with multiple members, email [email protected] for assistance.

If you recently joined NAEYC or renewed your membership, please wait one business day to register for us to process your membership into our system. Memberships go by the individual and not a center.

Hotel Rooms: If you’re traveling and need a place to stay, we have a reserved block of hotel rooms at Prairie Meadows Hotel for Fall Institute attendees. *Attendees just need to click this link and select their stay dates to book within the block. Room booking cut off it September 2nd, 2025.
