St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shreveport is hosting its fourth annual Devoted Women’s Conference presented by CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System on Friday, March 14, and Saturday, March 15, on the St. Joseph campus.

This year’s keynote speaker is Katie Prejean McGrady! Katie is a speaker, award winning author, and host of the daily Katie McGrady Show on the Sirius XM Catholic Channel, as well as the host of the podcasts Ave Explores, Like a Mother, and Family Mass Prep on Hallow. Katie writes for various Catholic outlets, regularly appears on CNN as a Catholic commentator, and advises the Vatican Dicastery for Communications on digital media initiatives. She lives in Louisiana with her husband and daughters.

Joining Katie for the conference is musician and songwriter Angela McCann from South Louisiana, and author, speaker, spreader of hope, Amy Weinland Daughters. Our MC for the event will be Mary Arcement Alexander.

The focus of this year’s Devoted conference will be on the Blessed Mother Mary and her "yes" to God. The women’s conference is open for women ages 18 to 100 who wish to grow their faith through fellowship, prayer, and devotion to Christ.

Doors will open at 4 PM Friday with registration and vendor shopping. Dinner will begin at 6 PM, followed by keynote speaker Katie McGrady, Eucharistic Adoration, music worship, and reconciliation.

Saturday’s activities will begin with morning Mass at 8:15 AM, followed by speakers, music, shopping, lunch, and an afternoon experience.

Tickets are available through Eventbrite. Tickets are $65.00 and include admission for both days, dinner Friday night, breakfast and lunch Saturday, and all activities.
