2025 Davidson Home Tour

Join us April 26, 2025 from 10 AM-4 PM for the second annual Davidson Home Tour, a fundraiser for the Davidson Cornelius Child Development Center (DCCDC).

DCCDC provides high-quality early childhood education with scholarship support for children 6 weeks-Pre-K. Nearly 50% of our mini-scholars receive sliding-scale financial assistance ranging from 35-75% of tuition. Proceeds from the Davidson Home Tour fuel tuition scholarships, teacher and staff support, operational costs, and improvements to DCCDC.

The Davidson Home Tour is an opportunity to explore the heart of Davidson. Enjoy a self-guided walking tour inside hand-picked Davidson homes. Experience a range of diverse architectural styles, inspiring interior design, historical significance, local art displays, and more! Each space will be staffed by a docent and stories as if the walls could talk.

Info: Your first stop is at the Davidson Town Green (119 South Main Street Davidson) where you will check in at the DCCDC tent and get your Home Tour map which will serve as your ticket.

Info: Summit Coffee Basecamp will host the Home Tour After Party with live music between 4pm and 9pm. A portion of all Summit sales will go to the Davidson Home Tour fundraiser which supports the Davidson Cornelius Child Development Center.
