Community Pet Clinics in 2025 will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at Creekview Recreation Center (5001 Humboldt Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55430). 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀:

*April is the last Sunday due to holidays!

WALK UP visits are welcomed starting at 9 am. We recommend arriving NO LATER than 8:45 am.
𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱:

𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀:
$30 - Dogs: Core Vaccinations, Microchip, Wellness Exam
$20 - Cats: Core Vaccinations, Microchip, Wellness Exam
$15 - Dogs/Cats: Distemper booster ONLY (only for returning clinic visits)
$10 - Heartworm Test (Dogs Only over 6 months of age)
$15 - 3 months of Heartworm Preventative (H/W test required or test results within the last 12 months)
$20 - 3 months of Flea/Tick Preventative
Additional donations are always welcome!
Payment can be made onsite via credit card or cash.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰:
1. Our Community Pet Clinics are open to cat and dogs of all ages. Our team has the right to refuse a dog or cat due to behavior or safety concerns.
2. All pets must be at least 6 weeks old to attend the clinic.
3. All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash & all cats must arrive in a carrier.
4.Pets should NOT have received vaccinations within the last year to participate in the clinic - Unless receiving a booster vaccination.

Quick Wellness Exam (Our Volunteer Vet Team - is not able to diagnose or provide medication)
Dog Vaccinations - Rabies, Canine DAPPv & Bordetella
Cat Vaccinations - Rabies, Feline HCP
Microchips (These will be registered with Minneapolis Animal Care and Control - in the event your pet goes missing!)
