The 2025 CNU Florida Summit will take place on September 3-5, 2025 in Downtown Tampa. Join us as we bring together professionals from a dozen fields to celebrate building a better Florida for the next generation and explore the latest developments in one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.

When you register for the CNU Florida Summit, please select the tours you intend to join as ticket add-ons. Tours are offered in three time slots with two options per slot. Please select one tour per time slot. Space is limited.

• Tour 1b - Meacham Urban Farm (Meet at Meacham Urban Farm 1108 E Scott Street)

11:30 am to 1:00 pm (Slot 2)

• Tour 2a - Riverwalk & Downtown Tampa (Meet in the lobby of the Hotel Tampa Riverwalk)
• Tour 2b - West Riverwalk Expansion (Meet in the lobby of the Hotel Tampa Riverwalk)

3:00 to 5:00 pm (Slot 3)

• Tour 3a - Water Street (Meet at Dick Greco Plaza Streetcar Stop)
• Tour 3b - Gasworx & Ybor City (Meet at Dick Greco Plaza Streetcar Stop)
